Scott was professional and had great communication even before coming out. I sent him photos of our sprinkler controller and he was able to help troubleshoot ahead of time. He explained that the issue could be the panel or possibly the transformer. I had already replaced the transformer with an electrician previously, so he suggested the controller panel was likely the problem. Because of that guidance, I was able to purchase the correct irrigation panel before our appointment. When Scott arrived, we had exactly what we needed on hand, which made the visit efficient. He swapped out the panel, helped troubleshoot everything, and got our system up and running again. Now our sprinklers are ready for spring. Scott was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable — we really appreciated his help.
