Introduction: The Olivo Law Firm was established in 1999 to give small businesses the same resources as large companies with in-house legal departments. The firm's practice is focused on the buying, selling and financing of businesses, including matters relating to shareholders' buy and sell agreements, contract drafting, employment and independent contractor agreements, trade secret protection, trademark and service mark registration, competitive business practices, securities, and business structuring and financing. Since then, the firm expanded by providing related services in estate planning (wills/trusts), probate and real estate. After 13 years of service to the El Paso community as a municipal judge, Mr. Olivo has further put his experience to work by opening an office in Austin, Texas, and by providing legal representation in all areas of criminal law.
