- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE 30 minute discovery session to determine what is best for you. We ask clients to commit to 6 sessions for the smallest package. It typically costs $500, but we offer a Thumbtack discount! We ask that you pay the package upfront, or pay at least pay in two installments. Custom pricing is available upon request for companies, organizations, and special monthly retainers. Interest-free payment plans are also available!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
WELCOME! We at Rector Professional Coaching (RPC) love to schedule a video or in-person meeting for a FREE 30 minute session. Once we determine next steps, we will sign a client agreement, and set up session dates. We want to make this as easy as possible. We are here to help!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 + years of leadership experience in Sales, management, nonprofit leadership, best leadership practices, and coaching/ consulting. I have 5 years of Master's level education, a B.A. in Leadership & Management, and I am a certified Executive Leadership Coach, Professional Coach, and Community Coach through Fowler School of Business and Executive Coaching, and the Fowler International Academy of Coaching. I am trained in (TBRI) Trust Based Relational Intervention working with at-risk youth and families. I currently hold leadership roles with a inner-city nonprofit organization Mission Possible Austin, and Eastside Community Church in Austin, TX.
