We were accidentally locked out and Daniel responded early the next morning after receiving my request, and was at the property within 2 hours. Communications were great, his work was great, he followed complex instructions well, and sent photos to show the work was done. Highly recommended.

We live in Wimberley, and the first appointment was a no show. When our lock was repaired on the next scheduled visit, we were charged a $100 service fee due to the long drive. It is advertised that the Wimberley area is served by Tony’s, and the service fee is $29. The advertisement for the locations served and the fee need to be more upfront if it is going to cost more for certain distances. We do not know where Tony’s is coming from. The lock was repaired and works fine.

Arrived on time, but i am late, willing to pay the late fee and appreciate the waiting! Very professional, work fast! Rekey a house’s front door, quoted for 50-80, but cost 100.
