- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
HALF-DAY MEDIATION $500 TOTAL :: $250 PER PERSON A half day is a four-hour mediation session. All hours after four hours are billed at $100.00 per hour and divided equally by the parties. FULL-DAY MEDIATION $1000 TOTAL :: $500 PER PERSON A full day is an eight-hour mediation session. All hours after eight hours are billed at $100.00 per hour and divided equally by the parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a free consultation call where I will explain the mediation process and we will discuss how I can help you. You are encouraged to ask questions. Then we will schedule a mediation time that works for all parties. Prior to mediation you can provide any relevant information and documents. All intake forms and other documents can be completed electronically. Mediations are available in person and via Zoom.
