- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Business Coaching prices are per week, billed monthly, and include frequent email support and a 1 hour phone call once a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do free 30 minute discovery sessions to explain how business coaching works, and providing 1 free strategy coaching session helping you gain insight on the right direction to take for 1 issue your business faces. This could include: How to gain organic likes on Facebook Discover your reason why session How to craft an effective value proposition I choose the clients that I work with based on their project and whether it matches the goals that I have and vice versa.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've started several companies, worked for industry leaders like Apple, Microsoft and Xbox, as well as recently Facebook. I started my 1st business when I was 19 years old during the dot com revolution, reading Rich Dad Poor Dad before I could legally purchase alcohol - I had different priorities. After spending years in many business schools, working at Startups in Austin, Texas, and launching digital information products I've honed strategic methods designed to produce results.
