What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For general, in-person notarizations, I follow the state’s mandated rates and charge $0.80/mile for travel. I am also commissioned to perform online, remote notarizations. Message me for details about loan signing fees!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple and straightforward. We can have a chat and sort out all of the details together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned to perform public, remote and loan notarizations. NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent.
