Vanessa at Sunset Closing Agency is the best, the most reliable and most professional notary public in the Austin, TX area. I needed an urgent electronic notarization, and I called Vanessa. She understood my situation and was willing to work with me as far as meeting with me quickly to provide the notarization as soon as possible. When I tried to apply for a document at a state government agency using her notarization, they appeared to be confused or unfamiliar with electronic notarizations. I called Vanessa, and she was willing to provide any type of support to explain the government employees how electronic notarizations worked. I later had to obtain an apostille at the Texas Secretary of State and I saw other people trying to apply for apostilles using notarized documents and I heard many of them being rejected because the notaries public they used did not complete the notarizations correctly. I recommend Vanessa 100%. She is the best notary public in Travis County.
