- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of notarization, travel distance, appointment time, and the complexity of the appointment. You'll always receive an upfront quote before booking with no hidden fees. We offer mobile notary services throughout the Austin area, as well as Remote Online Notarization (RON) for eligible documents. Evening, weekend, holiday, hospital, nursing home, and jail appointments are available for your convenience. Every appointment includes professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail to help ensure your documents are completed correctly the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started is simple: Tell me what documents need to be notarized. I'll confirm the location, number of signers, and appointment details. I'll provide an upfront quote and schedule a convenient time. Before the appointment, I'll let you know what valid government-issued ID you'll need. I arrive on time, verify identity, complete the notarization, and answer any general notarial questions along the way. For loan signings, I coordinate directly with the title company or signing service to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Texas Notary Public as well as a commissioned remote online notary, a certified Loan Signing Agent, and certified through the National Notary Association (NNA) and Notary2Pro. I am NNA certified in remote online notarization, and certified through Blue Notary and Proof. I am in the process of joining the American Guild for Notaries public. I regularly complete loan signings, estate planning documents, powers of attorney, affidavits, adoption documents, school documents, out of the country authorizations, department of motor vehicle documents, divorce documents, seller packages, buyer packages, refinances, Remote Online Notarizations (RON), apostille-related documents and many more. I stay current on Texas notary laws and industry best practices so my clients receive knowledgeable and professional service.
