I do not work off premade menus, I prefer to work with each client and there needs to come up with a menu/price just for them.

I like to gather as much information as possible!

Bachelor Degree from Johnson and Wales University in Food Service Management and Culinary Arts. Professional Chef for multiple hotels for the last 12 years.
