This service was a surprise for my mom’s 59th Birthday. It made her cry and express over and over all these days later that it was the best Birthday she’s ever have. It will be hard to top her 60th. The chef felt like he belonged. It felt comfortable to have him in our space and he shined through his dishes. Thank You for being my accomplice and for making my surprise celebration come to life!

Chef Dan was amazing! I requested his service for my wife’s birthday and we had an amazing day! He worked with me from the start to figure out the perfect menu and we loved each and every course! The food was delicious!! He also went above and beyond to figure out the serve ware that would be visually appealing for each course and even went so far as to purchase all of that for me! Would definitely work with him again!

I do not work off premade menus, I prefer to work with each client and there needs to come up with a menu/price just for them.
