My claim was the result of a contractors poor quality work resulting in my injury. I contacted John and we met to discuss my situation. He thoroughly reviewed the situation and accepted the case. He was easy to work with. He didnt make exaggerated claims on what the settlement could be. In fact, we never talked dollars until the end of the case. What I liked was he stayed in touch. Each time there was contact between him and the claims adjuster, he updated me, even after normal work hours. He was also easy to get a hold of, always answering my call or calling back promptly. He was very helpful explaining each step and in the end settled for much more than I thought possible.
