FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate on a Contingency Fee for personal injury cases, which means that in exchange for our services, we are paid based on a percentage of the total gross recovery that we are able to make for you. You dont owe us anything unless we win, so if no recovery is made then there is no fee. Again, there are no attorney fees unless you recover. Court costs, litigation expenses, and unpaid medical expenses are paid from your share of the recovery; however, if there is no recovery, you will not be responsible for any court costs or litigation expenses. For Immigration there is a consultation fee and based on your case the attorney determines a price. Every case is different therefore it is suggested to schedule a consultation in person so the attorney can discuss prices in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With personal injury cases we do a quick intake which is then handed off to the appropriate attorney. During the intake we'll walk potential new clients through a few questions. The attorney then contacts the potential new client to further asses the case. For Immigration, we do a quick intake and then schedule potential new clients for an in person consultation.
