- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In terms of pricing, I want my clients to feel comfortable seeing me at a frequency that works for them. I will have my recommendations but how often we meet is completely up to you. We will come up with a plan together that fits what you are trying to accomplish. I am a resource that helps people save time, stress, money, and increase happiness. Investing in yourself is the most important element of your life you can invest it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first 30 minute phone conversation we will discuss your needs and how I work as a resource for you. If we feel that we are a good fit, we will meet for about an hour to learn a more in-depth history about each other. We will discuss goals, expectations, and next steps. My goal is to truly understand your needs and serve you in the way that helps you see things in a way you've never seen it before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a former middle school teacher and soccer coach, I am able to continue my passion of serving others and helping them grow. I started my journey as a life coach 2 years ago with Life Coach Austin, completed my course work at the World Coach Institute last year, and am a graduate of Austin Neuro-Linguistic Programing Coaching Academy and NLP Practitioner Training. I also completed a Professional Organizing Certification through The Institute of Professional Organizers in Portland, Oregon during the Spring of 2017.
