Ken Walks Dogs offers many luxury dog walking services at working-class prices - we've got something for every dog! Check out some of our service offerings, available to book 24/7 via the Ken Walks Dogs mobile app. All services include home pick-up and drop-off in our commercially-insured pet taxis at no additional cost: PLAYCARE (3 hours) $80+ Get your social pup out of the house and into the heart of ATX for an epic half-day excursion! We thoughtfully curate small pack groups for private pool parties, park play, scenic greenbelt hikes, guided kayak rides and more, seven days a week. POOL PARTY (90+ min) $80+ Join us for our Ken Walks Dogs Pool Party seven days a week! Your dog's pool party includes round-trip transportation in one of our commercially insured pet taxis, plus life jackets, water toys, and a GoPro highlight reel of your dog's special outing. Pool parties are limited to small packs, with our staff guiding and engaging safe and healthy play every step of the way. Beginners welcome! FIELD TRIP (90+ min) $72+ During your Ken Walks Dogs Field Trip, we'll harness you in for an epic Austin adventure tailored to your dog's specific needs. Activities often include park trips, greenbelt hikes, pup playdates, pool parties, pet store visits and more! ADVENTURE (1+ hour) $45+ Your dog's minimum hour-long adventure with Ken Walks Dogs includes an opportunity to smell the roses, fulfill your sniff quota, and explore your surroundings. Flexible plans? Members receive complimentary Field Trip & Playcare upgrades whenever scheduling permits! STROLL (30+ min) $35+ Our most popular offering! Your dog's stroll includes a minimum half-hour opportunity to smell the roses, fulfill your sniff quota, and explore your surroundings. Flexible plans? Members receive complimentary Field Trip & Playcare upgrades when scheduling permits! FAST BREAK (20+ min) $27+ Ideal for low-maintenance pets and senior dogs! Your dog's Fast Break includes a minimum 20+ minute opportunity to smell the roses, fulfill your sniff quota, and explore your surroundings. Flexible plans? Members receive complimentary Field Trip & Playcare upgrades when scheduling permits! BATH & SPA DAY (90+ min) $75+ Your dog's Bath & Spa Day includes home pick-up and drop-off, plus round-trip transportation to one of our community-partnered grooming and dog wash facilities for a deluxe bath experience. Choose from several biodegradable and cruelty-free shampoo options including deshedding shampoo, hypoallergenic shampoo, recovery shampoo, plus fur conditioning. Towel dry and air dry options available! DOG SITTING (24 hours) $150+ Our team of local pet sitting employees are available 24/7 for around-the-clock care in the comfort of your dog's own home! All overnight dog sitting packages include complimentary participation in our daily walks, field trips, and adventures with our full-time dog walking staff - all at no additional cost. Receive daily updates, photos, and videos of your pets and their adventures throughout your booking in the Ken Walks Dogs app! DOG BOARDING (24 hours) $150+ Our team of dog boarding employees host pets in our homes 365 days a year! All overnight dog boarding packages include round-trip transportation between your home and our staff's home(s) in our commercially insured pet taxi, plus complimentary participation in our daily walks, field trips, and adventures with our full-time dog walking staff - all at no additional cost. Pair your social dog with a like-minded canine companion during their staycation, or reserve a private home for your special pup(s) without the presence of other pets. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started with Ken Walks Dogs is simple! Begin by downloading our Ken Walks Dogs app, available for free on the App Store and Google Play. Once downloaded, select "Request Access to App" and provide your pet's details. Our team will review your information and activate your free membership within 24 hours. Through our app, you’ll be able to book all dog walking and pet sitting services—whether on-demand or scheduled in advance. To make sure you feel confident in our care, we also offer a free virtual or in-person meet-and-greet with our team. Plus, you’ll receive $50 in complimentary walks, so you and your pet can experience our services, commitment-free. Let us know how we can help you and your pet—no strings attached!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Ken Walks Dogs team member undergoes extensive, hands-on training with Ken and our management team, ensuring they’re fully prepared for the responsibilities of pet care. In addition, every staff member is certified in Pet First Aid and CPR, and our employees have round-the-clock access to emergency veterinary resources. Our mobile app also provides up-to-date protocols and tools to help our team safely navigate any health or safety concerns that may arise. We’re dedicated to delivering the highest level of care to every pet in our charge.
