- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are in-network with Traditional Medicare plans and accept cash/credit card/FSA/HSA payments for all other patients. We will file a claim on your behalf upon request and your insurance may reimburse you a portion dependig on out of network benefits. Pricing is transparent and you will never receive a bill later on down the road.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a phone call and discuss the nature of the injury or limitation. Determine whether physical therapy can help them or not. If physical therapy can help, then I will email intake paperwork and schedule you. If you need to seen by another provider I will refer you to the best person for your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Doctorate of physical therapy. Orthopedic certified specialist. Dry needling certification.
