- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Easy, transparent pricing. We only charge two fees, a $499 lease up fee, probably the lowest in town, and a management fee of just 7.9% of the rent per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally start with a phone conversation so I can learn more about your needs and how we can help. I'll tell you about our company and how we manage properties. Once you're ready we will meet at the property for a free, no obligation review and rent assessment and allow you to ask any additional questions you might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed real estate agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission, a Realtor, a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, The Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, and I have completed all the training necessary for these organizations and licensing. In addition, RentSmart is part of the Real Property Management system which provides additional training and oversight for all its office locations.
