- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing. Our prices also include the guard GPS tracking system. If scan tagging is necessary, the price will include that as well. Most companies add additional fees to their invoicing. We do not. Be aware of lower rates. You may be surprised with a "fee".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally prefer to do a security assessment of the site before the start of services. After service begins, we like to meet with our clients periodically. We want to form a relationship with you so that we're all on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our officers are certified with the Texas DPS and maintain all continuing education requirements by the state.
