We were in town for our company's 5th year anniversary and Lester went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. He stayed extra to accommodate our group when dinner ran long. He kept the energy high with great music, jokes, and just an all-around great vibe. The vans were spotless and well-maintained, and we felt completely safe and taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend this service for any group event! He also does airport transfers and will serve as your night out driver as well. I'll never use another service when I'm in Austin. Emma B. says, "Jahleel & the rest of the Top Notch Transport and Logistics team were truly INCREDIBLE during my sister’s ATX bachelorette trip this past weekend. We were able to use their round-trip transportation services to arrange a sprinter van + driver to take a group of 13 girls to/from our Airbnb in DT Austin, TX to our boat rental/docking station on Lake Travis. For starters, they were highly communicative, responsive, flexible & patient throughout the entire process — from our initial Thumbtack inquiry, to obtaining, signing, booking and paying the transportation agreement/rental contract, etc. We had a large bachelorette group in town for the weekend & they made everything so special for us! They were on time (if not early) for ALL of our pick-ups and drop-offs, had an entire cooler full of ice, seltzers and misc. other drinks waiting for us once we got on the bus, had an iPad (that was already connected to the BT speakers) ready to-go for us as soon as we got on the bus so that way we were able to connect and play our own music during the ~1hr car ride & Jahleel even offered to stop by a local gas station on our way in so that way we could stock up on our drinks/snacks before our 1/2 day boating trip on Lake Travis. Jahleel was honestly so kind & accommodating — I couldn’t say one negative thing about him or our experience with Top Notch Transport and Logistics even if I tried!!! He not only got us to/from our destination safely (and on-schedule) but also helped us stock the “bar” (aka the party bus cooler lol) & made sure the bach trip party “vibes” were high all day long! I will 100000% be using these guys again in the future & will be recommending them to my family/friends in the area as well. Thanks again for a great trip!"See more
