As a mom, I have to ensure the safety of my child, in addition to myself. Knowing the techniques Jesse teaches and having the confidence to know how to respond in situations that unfortunately are inevitable in this world, are necessary. It’s sad that we have to be able to protect ourselves as females just taking a walk around town. But having the confidence to know that if I am in an unfortunate situation, I can defend myself is priceless. I highly recommend Ballbusters.
