Introduction: I am a Full charge Bookkeeper, who has owned a Ceramic Tile and Marble store, and installation company for many years. I am well versed in the construction business, and know how to set your books up to accommodate your needs. From installation of Quick Books Pro (depending on your bookkeeping needs). I know how to set up your chart of accounts, to job costing, and obtaining your P & L. I also train my clients on how to use Quick Books, and how to enter all transactions, and how to expense all your receipts. I enjoy setting up companies books and or getting them organized to the point of getting a good P & L and Balance sheet on your finances. Most people just need help setting things up and having them maintained on a weekly or monthly basis.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is 20.00 per hour plus drive time, however I also can work up project price for specific areas. Example: Setting up the payroll module for 10 employees for 50.00 dollars. (With all the needed paperwork gathered and ready for input).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet up with the customer, assess where their needs are, and address the areas of expertise I have with this type of business and devise a plan of action.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 years of college in accounting and computer science. I have worked in the office atmosphere for more than 30 years, staring as a clerk, and working up to being a Full charged Bookkeeper for 10+ years now. I follow the Principals of Accounting, and maintain the full cycle.
