Horrible experience with this company. The owner came out and quoted me a price of $282. for a part. I knew something was up when he wanted to use my wifi to un my card immediately and take the box "for inventory purposes. I asked if I could photograph the box so I would know the part number next time it broke. Boy, he didn't like that. Looked online to see that the part cost between $35-47 everywhere. With a service all of $39.00 and a part of $40, he wanted to charge $224.00 for literally a five minute install, which he referred to as a "flat rate fee." Even after trying to discuss those prices like grown ups and come to a reasonable rate for the replacement, he hollered that he "was not going to listen to me because [he] was done!" Unbelievable.

This is in response to Jacklyn Ballard's post. The cost of repair was definitely not just the cost of the part. The cost of repair was for the part, service call and labor as stated on the invoice. Not just the part. I needed to use your wifi because I was not getting signal in order to run your credit card which is needed to use the square app. You were aware of the price before we did the repair. You signed the invoice and agreed to the service. If you would please re-check your invoice you will see the break down of pricing, that is does include parts, service call and labor charges. Sorry for your dissatisfaction. We would never charge you more than quoted and your agreed price. We do charge a flat rate fee for labor. Depending on the job. Some jobs take 5 min. some may take an hour or more, but it is still the same price you are quoted, no matter how long it takes.
