- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair! We aren’t out to gouge anyone’s pockets, we all work hard for the money we earn and we respect that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you’re here, you’re already at step 1, next we schedule a time that works for you to accurately assess the scope of work and provide you with a formal bid. From there we talk about colors and sheens as well as what you are looking to achieve (if you need help with any of these things we do design consultations right then and there). Lastly we schedule your project at a time that works for you and get it completed to your absolute satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years experience working with painters as a GM/ Designer for a major painting company before starting my own. My Husband has 8 years of hands on painting experience as well. Although we personally don’t paint anymore we ensure the highest quality and best communication on our projects.
