From the first contact Monica was willing to listen to my rambling and offer any advice or suggestions possible. One sit down and it was all taken care of, on the day the cakes were delivered and handled amazingly well... the delivery man helped with suggestions on when and how to move cakes to reception later that evening.. and cakes were beautiful, delicious and more than anything I expected or desired! Highly recommend Monica!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother and father decided to start a wedding catering service, and all the kids got to work for them. We catered for 17 years before my parents retired. I kept going with cakes and floral decor, on the side. It's been a total of 34 years to date that I have been doing weddings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a professional that can provide a backup for any emergency that they may have come up. I get a lot of bride's that will go with someone that works from home, and days before the wedding, the baker cancels on them. I have multiple decorators, that can jump in and finish the cakes, even if I were not able to do the cake.
