Rolando and Arturo did a great job! We had some grout issues in the outside corner of a shower. In the end, they didn’t need to do a sheet rock replacement, but they removed the grout, repainted, re-caulked the affected area, and walked us through changes we’d want to make to prevent the issue from recurring.

I will happily admit I was pleasantly surprised by DRR properties. Not only was their response time instantaneous they were able to complete my drywall repair the next day. When they came to the house they were on time and ready to get to work. I am always a big fan of engagement and they were very personable and professional. I loved our conversations while they were here! Their work is amazing and their due diligence to make sure my paint matched was very much appreciated!

No because each job/project is different. We do jobs that take 3 hours and some jobs that take longer.

Set up an appointment with the customer to come out for a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in architectural drafting. I actually worked with some major firms here in Dallas doing construction drawings. I have been doing home repair/remodeling since 2002.
