- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have standard packages that I offer but I work with my clients that need something customized that better fits their needs. I understand that you can't put everyone in a box.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a consultation face to face but will settle for over the phone because we're all busy. I want to get to know you and get a sense of what your energy and vibe feels like. This will help me connect with you during our shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've learned from experienced photographers who take me on as a mentee and through workshops. I'm in the process of completing an online training course.
