Replaced an old tank water heater with a tankless. They responded, on a weekend, within a few minutes and scheduled the replacement for the following Monday. Removed the old heater and demonstrated how to adjust the new tankless heater. They were very kind and explained everything thoroughly and they left the work area very clean! Highly recommend!

During the winter freeze, unfortunately I had a pipe burst and it was Christmas Eve. I reached out to Ameritec and they responded very quickly. I spoke with Barbara and she was very nice and understanding of my situation. She informed me she had Paul out in my area and she could have him come out as soon as possible. After speaking with Barbara, within an hour, I received a call from Paul saying he was on the way. Paul and his son, Domenic instantly found where the broken pipe was located. They were such an awesome team. So polite, friendly and professional. I had no doubt trusting their expertise. I was able to have running water in a matter of 30 mins. He was so kind and thoughtful to even follow up with me on Christmas Day, to inform me it was possible the water may have spread to my cabinets and gave me a referral to have it checked out. I would definitely recommend this team. Thanks Paul!!

It is difficult to give an estimate over Thumbtack. I would need to see your project in person and discuss with you in detail in order to provide you with accurate pricing. 1. We exchange phone numbers and schedule a time for a consult. 2. I see the project and discuss with you in detail what the process will be for your project. I always give my clients a clear picture of what's all involved in order to complete their project. I then give them an estimate. 3. We accommodate your timeline as closely as possible and then we get started with your project. 4. My crew sets up and cleans up after every project. We try our best to take care of your home as it is ours! 5. We do a walk through to inspect work. 6. I collect payment. 7.
