They came gave me a quote. After that, didn't hear from them anymore. I called and told them I was ready, and there was no round about date that they may be able to make it. Real lack of communication I guess. I'm pretty sure the work they do is good, but never got the work done on my yard

Luther, as you knew we were very busy and working at the coast when we bid your job. We stayed in communication with you. The ground in the area had been super muddy due to major inclement weather. When we did try to schedule your job, you clearly stated that you had spent the money on other things and were not able to afford to have it done. At that time we told you call us when your ground is dry and we will try to work something out with you. Maria and team were great to work with. I was looking for an estimate to see about having a piece of property cleared in the area. They jumped in with both feet! Maria was very personable and easy to work with. The level of communication, customer service skills, and degree of professionalism were all phenomenal; and the price was more than reasonable. They even went the extra mile to connect me to other professionals outside of there domain such as a realtor and septic service. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is simple, We have no mark ups, we bid each job at cost plus fair labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a bid request, we meet onsite with the customer, discuss the project scope, best way of achieving customers goals at the best price, send a formal estimate, once the estimate is accepted and approved by the customer, we enter into contract and set job start dates, at job completion we have our customer sign off as satisfied and accept final payments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Complete OSHA certifications, Class A CDL Full endorsements. 811 Utility training, and many other construction related training and experience, also we utilize all continuing education opportunities.
