FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects can be quoted over the phone. we can quote a per project price, or a hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We must first ask all the pertinent questions about the project to be worked on. What, where, when, and how get the process started. We then discuss the time and cost of the project: what material will be needed and what cost that will incur. Some project may require an onsite visit to estimate. Nothing is done until we have all mutually agreed to the project's scope and estimated cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life and necessity are the foundation of our expertise. Experts are well worth what they charge. But, you don't always need an licensed expert for some smaller projects. That's where we come in.
