- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be complicated because there are so many options...many different types of fabrics, combinations of decor, and needs for setup or delivery. We can give a ball park estimate, but its always in the clients best interest to talk with us about their specific desires and dreams so we can put together an accurate proposal.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started at a time when Susan's oldest daughter got married. She had just finished helping with a nieces wedding, and then her daughters...and she had difficulty finding the decor she wanted and a vender that could be trusted. It was so much work to do herself that she decided to start helping others. Knowing from experience how difficult it could be, Innovative Linens was created to allow everyone to enjoy their event without all the stress of decorating it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common work we do is providing table cloths, chair covers and various types of backdrops or drawings. Each one of these services is so key to transforming and room into something so different and beautiful!
