Introduction: Our work stands out because we listen to our clients and try to provide something unique to each client. We truly want what they want. The goal for us is to hear someones dreams, and then go above and beyond and blow their mind with something beautiful that they can look back at the pictures and remember what an amazing event it was and how gorgeous the decor was. Imagining the possibilities! So many options, so many designs, so many ideas. Everyone is unique, and when we see the face of a satisfied client after they walk into the room where we decorating, or come back to our shop and tell us about it...that is the best part of every day!

We decided to make our family Thanksgiving dinner special, so we rented tables/chairs and beautiful cloths with 3 layered runners down the center. Susan and her staff are always so creative - they enjoyed making sure OUR event was all we wanted it to be. They made it easy on us, and our guests loved how special it all was. We choose a casual theme this time, and now we can't wait to do an elegant at-home dinner!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be complicated because there are so many options...many different types of fabrics, combinations of decor, and needs for setup or delivery. We can give a ball park estimate, but its always in the clients best interest to talk with us about their specific desires and dreams so we can put together an accurate proposal.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started at a time when Susan's oldest daughter got married. She had just finished helping with a nieces wedding, and then her daughters...and she had difficulty finding the decor she wanted and a vender that could be trusted. It was so much work to do herself that she decided to start helping others. Knowing from experience how difficult it could be, Innovative Linens was created to allow everyone to enjoy their event without all the stress of decorating it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common work we do is providing table cloths, chair covers and various types of backdrops or drawings. Each one of these services is so key to transforming and room into something so different and beautiful!
