My husband and I will be traveling for the next year or so and will be relocating after that. I was overwhelmed with the thought of selling almost everything we own —. Kim Kosteck was a lifesaver! She came in with a smile and so much energy helping us to organize for an estate sale. She went above and beyond by posting a video of our home showcasing our furniture for sale and then fielded the inquires. We highly recommend Kim. She was always punctual professional and very accommodating to our wishes. She is a sweetheart of a lady!

My master bedroom closet, 9’ x 12’, was absolutely a wreck. You couldn’t even take more than two steps in; it was packed full & a real mess. I’d tried to clean/organize it but never could get it under control. I knew I had to find professional help. I had no idea what to expect working with a “professional organizer “ as this experience was totally new for me. It was above & beyond what I could have imagined! Kim immediately offered a vision and smoothly executed it. I could never have done what she did in two days; it was money very well spent. Her energy and insight are impressive, Kim is truly an experienced professional. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again. I marvel each time I go in there now, it’s great to be able to see and appreciate what I have. Kim is amazing.

I loved working with her. She is a people person and very good at what she does. She stayed on schedule and I will hire her again. She organized my items for my move. She made it easy to move and unpack.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    For organizing, I do not charge hourly, I work in 3 hour blocks (sessions). I offer a special rate for thumbtack customers.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First is a free assessment. This is done in person or virtually. We will discuss a time estimate for what they need. Prior to their first session, I may assign “homework”. While organizing, a customers level of involvement is up to them and we move at a pace that is productive but also not too emotionally exhausting. After their home is organized and their goals are met, I never go away! I will check in to make sure your new systems are still working!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Although I have not received formal college training for organizing, I have much life and business experience. I was a member of the very first Ziglar Legacy Instructor training. I have been reshaping individuals and businesses systems and processes for over 15 years. I do often further my education through workshops and peer groups, as well.
