- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to find an affordable solution for any business, no matter the size. We have hourly rates from $30-$75 depending on the nature of the job. We can do tax returns starting as low as $100 depending on the complexity. After our initial consultation we can give you a very good estimate of the cost of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start or relationship with a new client with a phone call to get a good grasp of the scope of the job. Then we will follow up with an engagement letter that outlines specific tasks to be completed. After our clients agree to the terms we will move forward to provide timely reliable service.
