Introduction: After getting my culinary degree in '06, I have focused mainly on baking and pastries, the skills that are highly useful in the upcoming holiday season. Bethany is wonderful and easy to follow. We took bread making, pie crust, cinnamon rolls and biscuits and everything was perfect! We are definitely going to take more classes making other foods that we love. I highly recommend her!
