- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$49 service call fee (waived if hired). Discounts include Senior, Military, First Responder, Tax Exempt, Multi-System, Etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Welcome you as a new customer. 2) Gather your basic info (name, phone number, email, and address) in order to enter you into the system as a new customer. 3) Find out what the current issues/concerns are that you are having. 4) Discuss your options on what needs to be done in order to address your issues/concerns. 5) Set up a day/time that best fits your schedule to have one of our technicians dispatched to your home/business in order to assist you further.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the HVAC business for over 10+ years. I grew up in the business because my dad has been in the HVAC business for 30+ years. I am universally EPA certified in refrigerant, as well as have a TACLA (Class A Environmental Air Conditioning) contractor license.
