About this pro
Very pleased with everything he's touched for me, from cleaning up artwork to building new. Hank is on his Craft, he brings cutting edge and maturity to each project.Jul 7, 2017Verified
Hank delivered a few different concepts. What's great is that he is an artist too - so we saw some nice free hand designs that we could go with. And I appreciated his prompt communication.Oct 12, 2014Verified
After several months of promises of completing the invitation he agreed to do, we never received anything. We missed our deadline because he would not deliver. We had to go with another graphic designer and hopefully can recover from missing out due dates. Very disappointing and he was not professional. I asked several times before the due date if he didn't have time and he said he would get it done. Promises not kept. I will not use he anymore.Sep 1, 2014VerifiedHank S.'s reply
I do regret to admit that I totally failed this client. I took this project on as a Pro Bono job for a very worthy cause. I have nothing but apologies for this organization. I let myself get too busy with other clients and did not follow through with my commitment to them. I have no excuses only regret for not following through.
Hanks work was right on point with what my business partner and I were looking for, he was polite, efficient, understanding and most important, prompt. I would recommend Hank to any up and coming or well established business owner. Sebastian Broussard of Kidd's Pit BBQJul 9, 2014Verified
We were very happy with the overall experience we had with Hank. We sent him a file to work with to have mailers printed, and evidently it was not a print quality file that both us and Hank missed. However, he went out of his way to right a wrong and had the mailers printed again with the correct file format free of charge to us. We are very happy with the overall experience. It was also nice to speak to an actual person on the other end of the phone about our project that knew all the details instead of having to deal with multiple different people that wouldn't have really cared what was going on. Thanks Hank!May 16, 2014Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing structure isn't really complicated, I offer a wide variety of services and that makes it difficult to quote a project without all the information about that project in advance. Most illustrations, logos or presentation graphics can be quoted as a fixed cost because I know how long they should take to create. Websites and web graphics can be a little more difficult because they vary between clients. How many pages, etc. 1) I need to know is a website a brand new site or a rework of an existing site? 2) what are the underlying technologies you are using? IE. HTML5, do you want a responsive site, do you use a CMS (content management system like Joomla or Wordpress)? 3) is it an eCommerce site?
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I originally wanted to paint, draw and sculpt. When I got to college, I saw these amazing artists teaching to make a living because they were not making enough money from their art, I decided that I wasn't the starving artist type and that I needed a regular income. So I went into advertising/graphic design.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Creating logos, presentation graphics, t-shirt graphics and art for websites.
