Cesar really puts the “flash” in the name “Flash Repairs & Painting.” He came to do an estimate and offered to paint on the SAME day. I am impressed with how prompt he was to go get the paint that I wanted, he also brought his assistant and they knocked out both bedrooms. They worked efficiently and really turned my ugly tan walls into beautiful white walls. I am so thankful and it looks really well done. If you need a quick turnaround and still good quality work, I highly recommend Cesar!
