My typical process for working with a new client starts with clear communication. I confirm what type of document needs to be notarized, verify identification requirements, and discuss any travel details or fees upfront so there are no surprises. On the day of the appointment, I arrive on time and prepared, review the documents with the client, and guide them through the signing process to ensure everything is accurate and complete. My goal is to make the experience smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience working in the banking industry as an Assistant Branch Manager, where I developed strong customer service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. During that time, I assisted clients with important financial documents and later performed notary services as part of my role. That experience taught me the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Qualities I carry into my notary work today. I’ve always had a heart to serve and help people, and becoming a notary allows me to continue doing that while making the process smooth and stress-free for my clients.
