- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not take a one size fits all approach to pricing. Every property is different so we take the time to understand each client's individual needs and then can formulate our fees accordingly based on the property and how our clients would like them managed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a call or email. We take the time upfront to understand what our clients are looking for. Based on that conversation we discuss what we can do for them. If the situation makes sense to both parties, we can then begin to discuss next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and attend continuing education seminars throughout the year. As market conditions change it is important to stay on top of the different things that can impact residential real estate.
