- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is promised and based on the information gathered in the sales process. I only collect a deposit on commencement day and the balance on the day of completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m super easy to work with. I will ask for photos of the space if none are provided in the description and what kind of tile will be used. Once I have that information, I will send a price for labor plus estimated material cost over. If the price and scheduling work, I will prepare a statement of work that outlines promised labor, promised price, duration and the one year warranty information for your records.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mentored by my father who has been setting tile in the DFW area for many many years.
