- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my prices are based on the materials and my labor rates which are lower because I try to keep my overhead lower, this way I can pass it on to my customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit the customer so that I am able to understand exactly what they are trying to achieve. By this I am able to give them the comprehensive estimate that they deserve. Then we discuss their timelines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work my whole life. First for my father then after college, I worked on construction projects for the military. After my father passed I took over his company.
