- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I will start by asking a couple of quick questions to confirm the basics of your trip. Then, I will send over a simple google form that collects everything I need-destination details, all preferences and budget. It is designed to be easy to fill out and helps me put together the most accurate and personalized options for your trip!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent 6+ years managing national event tours, where I am responsible for booking flights, hotels, and rental cars for large teams across the country. That experience gave me real-world training in coordinating smooth timelines and changing logistics. I have become highly skilled in researching, organizing, and streamlining travel plans so that everything runs as efficiently as possible.
