- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each piece is unique, so is each price. Photos really help us give a ballpark idea of cost. Our minimum repair is $185.00 plus tax and it goes up from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have become very digital in the beginning of our relationship because we stay busy working on furniture during the day and returning calls and emails in the evening. However, once we have exchanged contact information and hopefully photos and descriptions of work, our personable customer service and quality of work is first class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has years of on the job training with master craftsmen, as well as a knack for artistry and color.
