- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my price seems may vary depending on job but at the same time I'm not trying to sit here and charge you $100 for me to do something simple I'll work with you on the price or whatever that maybe or whatever the job maybe just I do consultations and I do discounts for first-time customers because I love that repeat business
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
new customers I like to make good relations I give a discount first time around and I always introduce myself I you know prefer face-to-face I have good people skills and I'm very friendly
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently enrolled in business school and I'm trying to get in the it I do not have an electrician's license or Plumbing license or anything fancy like that I worked Hands-On underneath the professional and I know this from Hands-On learning I didn't go take any classes for this is all off knowledge and basic understanding
