Brett manages our rental property and does an amazing job. RPM Hill Country offers pricing in line with market experts in the San Antonio/Hill Country markets. Management fees range from 8-12%, while leasing fees range from 75-100% of a month's rent. Customer service is top notch at RPM Hill Country.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will conduct a brief phone call with an RPM representative and if both parties feel confident that we are a great fit, we will schedule an in home consultation for you to walk us through your rental property. At that time you will be provided a rental comparison analysis and we will make recommendations for getting your home leased as quickly and profitably as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
RPM Hill Country representatives are all licensed real estate salespeople who undergo the best property management training in the industry from highly qualified individuals.
