- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unscheduled After Hours Service calls are $175, before 5pm the standard service call is $75 dollars, Hourly rate is $75 and minimum of 2 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak with customer on the phone or chat through email, I figure out what the customer is asking for and estimate what it would take to provide a solution. I advice the customer of any and all options I am aware of. If the customer accepts I schedule and appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained on wisp networking in years ago in the oilfield and moved on to working with ISP's for fiber, copper and wisp networks. I provided 3rd party services including home audio video/home theater installs, smart home setup, whole home WiFi and other residential services. I also worked with many business setting up data backup solutions using partners like IXsystems and Synology and also have setup many erp manufacturing and inventory management systems. With regards to business networking I spent the past couple of years helping companies setup VPN Remote Access Systems to allow there employees to work from home.
