Even my tomato sauces/purees/salsas have been canned and preserved by my hand. I am in business to provide an individualized high end experience for every client, regardless of budget. It's ALL ABOUT THE FOOD and which foods my clients desire.

Patti Hartman catered a formal dinner, serving 15 people on my behalf earlier this year. As a former restaurant owner in Tokyo, Japan, I was impressed with Patti's professionalism and culinary skills. The menu was thoughtful and unique consisting of dishes from around the world. Patti has traveled extensively and has a library of authentic recipes at her disposal making her the perfect chef for more adventurous diners. For those who prefer more standard fare, Patti really livens things up, putting twists on classic recipes making them her own. Her Carrot Cake is to die for! She is exceptional in the kitchen and in the dining room. Most importantly, like any respectable chef, she does not compromise on quality using only the best produce and meats available.

Patti helped us with a commercial restaurant project. She is knowledgeable about food and marketing. Patti spent time with us to really understand the project. She was very helpful and on time with everything she did. Her work is excellent!
