Introduction: I'm a Central Texas multitalented engineer. I earned a BS degree in electrical engineering from Texas Tech University and worked for over 15 years, designing test instrumentation for the United States Army's weapon systems during operational testing. I've also spent over 20 years in restoring and working on classic and modern automobiles and light trucks. I'm especially drawn to the broken system that no one has been able to figure out the reason for the failure of. I've yet to take on such a system and not be successful in its repair. I work on smartphones, laptops, desktops, ultraportable laptops, embedded systems, FPGA/PLC controlled systems and just about everything else with electronics and/or electro-mechanical systems.
