Tanner provided me with the best computer repair service I’ve ever gotten. It was tricky to diagnose the issue and he invested above and beyond he is very knowledgeable and provided the service in a very practical and convenient way (remote computer access, spent time on phone live with me, went to vendor sites to download updates etc). After downloading Windows 11 I could no longer print or scan from my computer. Tanner had to download new drivers and the reinstall my printer. IT stuff is very frustrating to me, and Tanner got me back up and running.
