Introduction: I make everything from scratch. My own spices for beef pork chicken wild game . I have a love and passion for what I do and I'm always perfecting. I also make my own bbq sauces and my own marinades and injections. I hand pick my fire wood and even travel brownsville tx to San Antonio and Austin for my oak and hickory . My mesquite and pecan are from the rio grande valley and I make sure the customer is always happy with my finished product. I love smoking meats . I live for what I love
