- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so we price according to the scope, materials, labor, and complexity involved. Our goal is to provide competitive pricing without sacrificing quality. We’re also happy to discuss different material and scope options when working within a specific budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your project, goals, timeline, and budget. From there, we schedule an on-site consultation, evaluate the work, discuss options, and prepare an estimate. Once approved, we coordinate the project from scheduling and materials through construction, cleanup, and final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on residential construction, remodeling, renovation, and project management. We have experience coordinating multi-trade projects involving structural work, foundations, roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, painting, carpentry, and complete home renovations.
