- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices range from type of service and number of persons in attendance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we speak with the customer via phone or email. We arrange a meeting to discuss the needs and expectations for the event at which point we sign a contract with the cost and details of what is expected. 50% down is expected at the time of the contract with the remainder due the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All artists who work with our organization are professionally trained through education or seminar including a trial period of apprenticeship. Every year our artists are required to complete some form of education to further their growth as a performer/artist. We are also insured through a professional artist insurance company.
