Nathan with Remodel Solutions was a life saver! I needed new faucets and my new dishwasher installed after a kitchen/bathroom remodel. Nathan quoted me an extremely reasonable price and was able to come on the weekend. He arrived on time, was very professional and did a GREAT job! He even ran up to Home Depot and purchased a new disposal and drain for the sink for me. He went above and beyond! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is usually less than others but I do need to charge for estimates and assessments as this is a service that I pay for as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out to do an assessment of the irrigation system for $65. I'll let you know how everything works and go over any repairs or recommendations with you. Most of the time I can complete the work the same day if you choose. In some cases I wave the assessment fee or offer a discount. Usually estimates are $65.
For handyman work or larger projects, pricing for estimates will be determined at the time of request and discussed before I come.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in field service for several years for different companies. I have several years of hands on experience in the construction industry. I started working when I was 13. This is what I do for a living.
